Are you a professional and NOT previously registered in our customer base, it takes 1-2 days before you receive an approved authorization email that gives you access to all of our products at wholesale price.
Weaned any order for authorization is received
All prices for professional are ex. VAT. VAT will be added in the final process of the order.
Terms of purchase
General
These stated terms regulate the customer's use of goods and services provided by Lakkstore. These terms apply to all sales from Lakkstore as long as nothing else is agreed in written between the parties.
Prices and delivery
Prices are stated in NOK and includes VAT, pd. 25% unless otherwise stated. If you are logged in as a professional, the prices are ex. VAT.
Lakkstore reserves the right to make any errors that may occur due to technical errors. We reserve the right to cancel all orders without given reason.
Shipping
All delivery of goods takes place via Norwegian Post. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct address for the delivery. Delivery time is usually 2-5 business days. All items are sent by letter / package form. provided that they fit in the mailbox - otherwise picked up at the customer's local post office.
Lakkstore does not take responsibility for damage caused by Norwegian Post, and in such cases it is encouraged to send a damage report to Norwegian Post. Lakkstore does not replace letters / packages that disappear in the mail.
For uncollected parcels / letters that are sent in return (will not be redeemed), the customer will be charged for shipping / return shipping as well as service fees of NOK 300,- incl. VAT.
If your package is returned where you as a customer have entered the wrong address, we have the right to calculate and invoice real shipping and return shipping as well as a fee of NOK 200,- incl. VAT.
The customer's obligations
The person who is registered as a customer (18 years of age limit) with Lakkstore, is responsible for payment of the services Lakkstore delivers in accordance with these terms. The responsibility also includes others' use of the customer's access, including unauthorized use, as long as it cannot be demonstrated that unauthorized use is made possible through negligence on the part of Lakkstore.
Complaint
Before a fault is reported to Lakkstore, the customer should investigate whether the fault is due to circumstances on the customer's side. If the customer can prove that the product does not work as Lakkstore has described it to do, the customer must report this to Lakkstore so that Lakkstore can implement measures for remediation. The customer loses his right to claim a defect if he does not notify Lakkstore within a reasonable time (within 5 days) after he discovered or should have discovered the defect.
Remedy
Lakkstore shall, as soon as possible after becoming aware of a defect in the product supplied by Lakkstore, implement measures to rectify the defect. If the customer on his own initiative implements measures to remedy the defect beyond what may have been agreed with Lakkstore, Lakkstore does not pay these expenses.
Withdrawal period
You have 14 days to regret, you have the right to inspect the goods and return them to us within 14 days. Hygienic items, used and/or opened packaged products cannot be returned. The Act only applies to consumer purchases. (Not a company / dealer) The return costs are borne by the consumer (cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 15 first paragraph).
Extraordinary conditions
Lakkstore is only responsible for losses for the item, if errors or defects have been proven. However, this does not apply if Lakkstore proves that the defect is due to circumstances beyond Lakkstore's control, and which Lakkstore could not reasonably be expected to avoid or overcome the consequences of. Lakkstore is not responsible for indirect losses as a result of defects unless the loss was caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of Lakkstore. In the case of consumer purchases, the terms cannot be worse than the terms in the law, cf. Act on Consumer Purchases of 2002-06-21 no. 34.
Change in the terms
Lakkstore reserves the right to change these terms, including as a result of changes in legislation.
Major force
Is Lakkstore prevented from delivering or making a compulsory delivery or does such a delivery obligation become unreasonably burdensome as a result of a labor dispute or any other circumstance when the parties cannot dispose of it such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military summonses of similar scope, requisition, seizure , currency restrictions, riots and riots, shortage of means of transport, general shortage of goods, restriction of the supply of propulsion, as well as deficiencies or delays in deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances referred to in this section, Lakkstore is exempt from all other liability than in complaints and credit it to the defective item's associated purchase price.
Duty of confidentiality
All customer information is handled with great discretion and will under no circumstances be passed on to outsiders.
